Terms of Service
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 [Purpose]
The purpose of these Terms is to define the basic conditions and procedures for the use of the online information services (hereinafter, the “Services”) provided by Lunak Clinic / Mobetter Clinic (hereinafter, the “Company”).
Article 2 [Amendments to the Terms]
The Company may amend these Terms, and any revised Terms shall take effect once they are announced on the service screen or by any other appropriate means.
Article 3 [Definition of Users]
A “User” refers to an individual who accesses the Company’s website, registers as an online member in accordance with these Terms, and uses the Services provided.

Chapter 2. Membership Management and Services
Article 4 [Member ID and Password]
Membership registration is free, and all responsibility for managing the member ID and password rests solely with the User.
The User is responsible for any consequences arising from negligence, improper management, or unauthorized use of their ID or password.
If a User’s ID is used fraudulently, the User must immediately notify the Company. The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from delayed notification.
Article 5 [Membership Withdrawal]
1. If a member wishes to withdraw, they must submit a withdrawal request via email to the Company’s designated representative.
2. The Company may terminate the service agreement without prior notice or suspend service for a specified period if the member engages in any of the following:
1. Using another person’s name, ID, or password
2. Intentionally interfering with service operations
3. Registering under a false name
4. Registering multiple accounts under different names or nicknames
5. Intentionally distributing content that violates public order or good morals
6. Using the Services with the purpose of harming national or public interest
7. Damaging another person’s honor or causing harm
8. Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
9. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using information obtained through the Services without prior approval
10. Any other actions deemed inappropriate for continued membership
Article 6 [Contents and Modification of Services]
1. The Company provides various information services, which may be added, changed, or suspended as necessary. Services may also be suspended due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or network failures.
2. The Company may send emails to the address provided by the member at the time of registration without separate consent when deemed necessary.
Article 7 [Partnerships]
To improve user convenience and enhance service efficiency, the Company may partner with other companies for certain parts of the Services. Activities performed by partner companies shall be treated as if conducted directly by the Company.
Article 8 [Acceptance of Service Use]
1. The Company may approve a user’s application for service use if all required information is accurately submitted, except in the cases listed in Paragraphs 2 and 3.
2. The Company may withhold approval in the following cases:
1. Lack of available system resources
2. Technical difficulties
3. Any other circumstance deemed necessary by the Company
3. The Company may reject applications in the following cases:
1. When the name provided is not real
2. When the applicant uses another person’s identity
3. When false information is provided
4. When the application is submitted with intent to disrupt public order or good morals
5. When the application fails to meet the Company’s requirements
Article 9 [Use of Member Registration Information]
1. The Company may use member registration information in aggregated statistical form. Individual personal information will not be disclosed without the member’s consent unless the member causes harm to others or engages in unlawful activity.
2. If a member infringes the rights of the Company or engages in unlawful conduct, the Company may use the member’s information in accordance with due legal procedures.
3. If an investigative agency requests member information in accordance with lawful procedures, the Company may provide such information to the agency.
Article 10 [Service Suspension]
1. The Company may temporarily suspend service provision due to maintenance, equipment failure, communication issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. The Company is not liable for damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary service suspension, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence by the Company.

Chapter 3. Other Provisions and Liability
Article 11 [Governing Regulations]
Any matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.
1. The Company complies with laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
2. Any interpretation of these Terms or matters not specified herein shall follow consumer protection guidelines for electronic commerce established by the government, related laws, or standard commercial practices.
Article 12 [Compensation for Damages]
The Company shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by the User in relation to the use of the Services under any circumstances.
Article 13 [Disclaimer]
1. The Company is not liable for failure to provide Services due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the member.
3. The Company is not liable for loss of expected profits or damages arising from data obtained through the Services.
4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or content posted by members.
Article 14 [Jurisdiction]
In the event of a legal dispute arising from the use of the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provision (Effective Date)
These Terms of Service shall take effect on December 1, 2025.
